Dry skin can be solved with a moisturizer or beard butter. I use King Butta Love's Beard Butter which helps with growth too and smells great. For the headaches, I just don't leave it on for too long. As soon as I get the first inkling of a head twinge, I was it off. I haven't gotten tiredness though.
